Being a first time home buyer was such a difficult choice because of what it involves-lots of money! Jackie showed me various different homes, was very patient and never pushed me or made me feel like I was pressured into anything. When my son who lives out of town decided to sell his Toronto property in the Fall. He asked me to contact a staging company. We new that we were going to be faced with a very tight time line. The tenant gave the required sixty day notice. but was moving out the beginning of January. The property needed to be prepared for selling, show well and most important be priced right.
